Red X is a powerful, pH-neutral wheel and fallout remover designed to safely dissolve embedded metallic contaminants from alloy wheels, paintwork, body panels, and exterior vehicle surfaces. Formulated for both professional and personal use, Red X targets brake dust, industrial fallout, and ferrous particles that standard shampoos and pre-wash products can’t remove.

When applied, Red X reacts with contamination on the surface and begins to break it down, producing a distinctive purple “bleeding” effect commonly recognised by detailers. The level of colour change will vary depending on contamination levels — heavy fallout produces a strong purple reaction, while cleaner surfaces may show only a small amount.

Directions for use:

1. Apply a liberal amount to the wheel or surface with a spray bottle.

2. Leave for 5 minutes as colour changes and agitate with a brush if required.

3. Rinse off with pressure washer or hose.
