Lightweight Static Bin Cleaning Unit

This product assists with the internal washing of 240 to 1100 litre waste bins in a static position. The interface located on the side of the machine allows for the operator to control the various aspects of the machine safely and hassle free.The bins are clamped, lifted and rotated into position via a hydraulic bin lift via the push of a button.

The water used for the cleaning of the bin will come via a Ubor pumping system driven by an Nicolini electric motor and these are fitted within the front of the machine with easy access for servicing and maintenance.This product is a self-sufficient machine and will be able to hold and recycle the wash water during its operation

The way in which this product will work is as follows:

• The operator will fill the 250-litre water tank (with a water hose and water supply from site, this water tank will feed the pumping system)
• The operator will plug the machine into the mains electricity supply on site and switch the machine on.
• The operator will place the bin next to the bin lifting frame work.
• The operator will push a button which will hydraulically clamp the bin into the bin lifting frame work.
• The operator will push another button and the hydraulic bin lift will rotate the bin over ready for cleaning.
• The operator will push a button on the operating panel which will start the electric motor and activate the water pumping system.
• Once the water pump is running, the operator will lift the wash gun and pull the trigger.
• The machine is now fully operational, and operator can clean the bin.
• The water from the washing process will run out of the bin through a mesh and tray which will catch any debris for disposal, the water will then flow through a series of filters and be returned to the water holding tank. While the machine is in operation this process will be continuous.
• Once the operator is happy with the bin after washing, the operator will return the washing lance to its holder and stop the pumping system.
• The operator can now lower the bin to the ground by pushing the button on the control panel which will activate the hydraulic bin lifting/lowering grip.
• The clean bin is removed, and another dirty bin is loaded.
• The cycle continues.

• A water hose and water supply to fill the water tank.

• Delivery and installation of the machine.

The machine can be powder coated in the customer’s choice of colour and is supplied with an operator manual. The hand lance can also be used for other cleaning duties when not cleaning bins – Eg washing vans and machinery used on site.
