Typically 0-500psi, 0-35bar
Low pressure wash systems offer several advantages and can be very effective, when used in the correct environment.
Low pressure reduces the risk of:
- Aerosolling
- Splash-back
- Cross contamination
- Water ingress
- Personal injury
These points make for a more user friendly system, however due to the lower pressure a higher flow rate is normally required, which can lead to increased heating and running overheads. This is usually offset by lower maintenance costs.
Another consideration is that to produce good quality foam at pressures below 500psi/35bar requires air injection from an outside source. This need not be a problem as long as compressed air is available, as a stabilized foam air injection system can be installed, which could be on the wall or trolley mounted giving the versatility you require.
