SOLA-TECS W Solar Panel Cleaning Brush

The SOLA-TECS W is a mobile, water powered brush roll cleaning system for maintenance and cleaning of photovoltaic systems. The professional cleaning is accomplished with mineral-free (demineralized) water, usually without the addition of chemicals. The SOLA-TECS W is powered with a pressure washer to rotate the brush, this supplies the brush with high pressure water to power the gearbox, the excess water then rinses the surface of the panel.

The SOLA-TECS W has been fitted with a new gearbox, new high-end ball bearings, spray protection, new soft supporting rollers and a trapezium-shaped support frame. During the overhaul, great importance was placed on further improving the quality of SOLA-TECS W and simplifying maintenance for customers. A more robust gearbox and high-end ball bearings ensure a longer life. The gearbox's cover was moved to the outside. It is therefore now possible to carry out repair and maintenance work simply by opening the side gearbox cover on site without having to completely take apart the whole device. The new spray protection ensures that you also stay dry when cleaning and the water is targeted at washing away loosened dirt. The new soft supporting rollers are made from top quality soft material and ensure very gentle support on the photovoltaic panel. Last but not least, Cleantecs has realised a trapezium-shaped support frame for the SOLA-TECS W class, which makes it easier to guide the device in addition to the soft supporting rollers.
